BRIDGERTON 3 | NETFLIX
The third season of “Bridgerton”, which will be divided into two parts, will skip one book in the adaptation of Julia Quinn's book series.
After adapting “The Duke and I” and “The Viscount Who Loved Me”, the new season will focus on “The Secrets of Colin Bridgerton”, the fourth book in the saga. The story will address the romance between Colin and Penelope.
The change is coherent within the series' plot, as the connection between the characters was more prominent in the first two seasons than the story of Benedict (Luke Thompson), the main theme of the third book, “A Perfect Knight”.
Furthermore, at the end of the 2nd season, Penelope heard Colin say that he would never marry her, a crucial element for the entire romantic plot.
Opinions about the episodes are making waves on social media, highlighting the great acceptance of “Bridgerton”.
However, admirers will have to wait approximately a month to see the outcome, as the second part will only be released on June 13th.
