This one program was created with the aim of integrating programs and social actions already existing in the state and also implement new ones in a program only. One social assistance and income transfer program which will help thousands of people spread across the state of São Paulo who are in socially vulnerable situations. Its programmatic axes are:

- Education;
- Sport
- Professional qualification;
- Work.
At social actions Included in this integration are: Ação Jovem, Renda Cidadã, Vale Gás, Aluguel Social, SP Acolhe, Bolsa Talento Esportivo, Education and Via Rápida.
With social actions in favor of education, the Government of the State of São Paulo, will expand professional qualifications, generate new income for part of the unemployed population and increase the teams available in state schools.
How to apply for the Bolsa do Povo SP program
As requirements for sign up for this program, you must be the father, mother or legal guardian of a student in the state network schools, with only one person responsible per family being allowed between 18 and 59 years of age. You must also live within a 2 km radius of the unit school and be unemployed for at least 3 months. To sign up, follow the steps below.
Step 1: Access the website of Bolsa do Povo SP program, scroll down to the blackboard where social actions are available and select “Education”
Step 2: Read the description and, if you want to continue, tap “Sign up” and then fill in the fields with the requested data, such as name, CPF, etc.
Step 3: In order to register and receive the handbag made available and it is necessary not to have comorbidities related to the Covid-19. If you fit this question, confirm and click “Next step”.
Step 4: Select three school units closest to your home and tap “Next step”.
